Experience – Metrowest Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2008 to service clients with honest representation by a team of seasoned specialists with over 100 years of combined market experience in the investment, commercial and industrial brokerage arena in the area known as Metrowest. Our service area is about a 20 mile radius centered between Boston and Worcester, MA. Our brokers are well versed in national sales and leasing requirements. For Investors; we have conducted numerous successful Chapter 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges from New Hampshire to Texas with well known names including CVS, Walgreens & L.L. Beane. MWCRE is one of the 1st Massachusetts brokerage firms to conduct an on-line auction. We were able to work with the Lender and save the client from foreclosure with a 38 day closing. Today we are a staff of 7 licensed brokers with over 100 years of cumulative experience in the field. Each member of the MWCRE team is held to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and excellence.

We have more property signs installed than all other commercial Metrowest firms combined. Print media continues to be used on a specific as needed marketing basis. Internet marketing is where 80% of our marketing efforts, not including signage, are concentrated on.

Nearly 30 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial and Investment Real Estate primarily in the Metro Boston suburbs. Investment sales and 1031 Tax Free Exchanges from Texas to New Hampshire including numerous prominent tenants as CVS, Walgreens, L.L. Beane and others. Laudy Soifer - Associate Broker Formerly associated with Remax Commercial, Mr. Soifer has brought an extensive business owner's experience from working with small to mid-sized businesses and having run his own Independent sales agency in the bicycle and outdoor sports Industries.  For more than 20 years, Mr. Soifer represented a broad range of manufacturers, import/export firms, and wholesale distributors to Independent Bicycle and Outdoor Sports Retailers throughout New England.
